How Does the Big Balloon Bash Work?
The Big Balloon Bash starts with the full 45-minute Big Balloon Show. After the giant balloon finale, I transition into balloon twisting for your guests. Altogether, the package provides about two hours of entertainment with a natural break between the show and the rest of the party.
How many guests can the Big Balloon Bash accomodate?
The Big Balloon Bash is ideal for parties with up to 25 children. The Big Balloon Show itself can accommodate larger audiences, but the number of guests matters during the balloon twisting portion because each creation takes time.
If you’re expecting a larger group, let me know. Additional time may be available, or a balloon workshop can be a fun alternative to individual balloon twisting for larger groups.
With the workshop option, everyone receives a balloon and learns how to create their own balloon animal. It can accommodate groups of up to 75 participants.
Will Every Child Get a Balloon?
The balloon twisting time is planned around the expected number of children, and I’ll make balloons for as many guests as I can during the time booked. Because guests may arrive late, leave early, or the final headcount may change, I can’t guarantee that every child will receive an individual balloon.
If you’re expecting a larger group, let me know in advance so I can recommend the best option for your party.
Is there an age limit for the Big Balloon Bash?
The Big Balloon Bash is designed primarily for kids ages 4–10, although younger children, older siblings, and adults can enjoy it too. The mix of magic, comedy, puppetry, big balloon moments, and balloon twisting gives different ages something to enjoy.
For very young children, I just ask that they sit with an adult to help them stay engaged and safe during the performance.
What do I need to provide for the setup?
Very little. I bring the sound equipment, balloons, supplies, and everything needed for the entertainment. I’ll need a clear area for the show, a place for guests to sit, and reasonable access for unloading and loading.

Can the Big Balloon Bash be held outdoors?
Indoor shows are strongly recommended whenever possible. The Big Balloon Bash works best indoors, where guests are more comfortable and the balloons are protected from heat, direct sun, and wind.
From May 1 through September 30, Big Balloon Show and Big Balloon Bash performances are indoors only due to heat and weather conditions.
Outside of those months, an outdoor event may be possible if there is no indoor option, but the performance area must be fully covered, shaded, and protected from wind and direct sun. Because balloons are especially sensitive to outdoor conditions, an indoor backup location is highly recommended.

Do You Travel For The Big Balloon Bash?
Yes. I’m based in Cartersville, GA and offer the Big Balloon Bash throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, including Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Canton, Woodstock, Rome, and surrounding communities. Travel outside my standard service area may include a small travel fee. If you’re unsure, just ask!
