FAQ
How much space do you need for the show?
The show can work in almost any setting, from a living room to a library stage. A clear performance area of about 8 by 10 feet is ideal. Because the finale uses a giant 6-foot balloon, a little extra ceiling height is helpful. For outdoor events, a fully shaded or covered area is required.
Is there a limit on how many people can watch?
Not at all. The Big Balloon Show works just as well for 10 kids in a living room as it does for a larger school or community audience. The magic, comedy, and big visual moments are designed so everyone can enjoy the show together.
What do you need from me for setup?
Very little. I bring everything needed for the performance, including sound equipment when appropriate. I typically arrive about 15–20 minutes early so everything is ready to start on time.
Does the Guest of Honor get anything special?
Yes! In addition to special spotlight moments during the show, birthday bookings include a VIP balloon sculpture for the Guest of Honor. It can be customized to match your child’s favorite theme or character.
What happens if I need to change my date?
I understand that plans can change. If you need to move your event, let me know at least 7 days in advance and your booking can be transferred to a new date within six months, subject to availability. Changes with less notice are treated as a new booking because that time was reserved specifically for your event.
Do you travel for the Big Balloon Show?
Yes. I’m based in Cartersville, GA and perform throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, including Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Canton, Woodstock, Rome, and surrounding communities. Travel outside my standard service area may include a small travel fee. If you’re unsure, just ask!
Can the Big Balloon Show be performed outdoors?
Indoor shows are strongly recommended whenever possible. The Big Balloon Show works best indoors, where guests are more comfortable and the balloons are protected from heat, direct sun, and wind.
From May 1 through September 30, Big Balloon Show and Big Balloon Bash performances are indoors only due to heat and weather conditions.
Outside of those months, an outdoor show may be possible if there is no indoor option, but the performance area must be fully covered, shaded, and protected from wind and direct sun. Because balloons are especially sensitive to outdoor conditions, an indoor backup location is highly recommended.
