How much space do you need for the show?

I can make the show work in almost any setting, from living rooms to library stages. A clear area about 8’x8′ is ideal. Since the finale involves a giant 6-foot balloon, some ceiling height and protection from strong wind or direct sun is helpful. For outdoor events, a fully shaded or covered area provides the best experience for everyone.

Is there a limit on how many people can watch?

Not at all. The Big Balloon Show is designed to scale easily, whether you have 10 kids in a living room or a large audience at a school or community event. The comedy and visual moments are created so everyone can enjoy the experience, even from the back of the room.

What do you need from me for setup?

Very little. I bring everything needed for the performance, including sound equipment when appropriate. I typically arrive about 15–20 minutes early so everything is ready to begin on time. A nearby power outlet is usually all that’s needed.

Does the Guest of Honor get anything special?

Yes! In addition to special spotlight moments during the show, for birthdays, I provide a VIP balloon sculpture for the Guest of Honor. This can be customized to match your child’s favorite theme or character.

What happens if I need to change my date?

I understand that schedules can change. If you need to move your event, just let me know at least 7 days in advance and we can transfer your booking to a new date within six months, subject to availability. Because your time slot is reserved specifically for you, changes with less notice are handled as a new booking.

Do you travel for the Big Balloon Show?

Yes. I’m based in Cartersville, GA and perform the Big Balloon Show throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, including Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Canton, Woodstock, Rome, and surrounding communities. Travel outside my standard service area may include a small travel fee. If you’re unsure whether your location is within range, feel free to ask.

Can the Big Balloon Show be performed outdoors?

Indoor shows provide the best experience for guests and are strongly recommended whenever possible. An indoor space helps kids stay comfortable, see the action clearly, and stay fully engaged throughout the performance.

Outdoor shows can sometimes be accommodated if there is a fully covered, shaded performance area protected from direct sun, wind, and heat. Large balloons are used during the show, and environmental conditions and ground surfaces may affect balloon durability.
