  • Booking Information: When you book a show through Party Pro Manager, I collect your name, email address, phone number, and event details.
  • VIP Information: To personalize my balloon show, I collect the name and age of the guest(s) of honor (VIPs). This information is provided by the parent or legal guardian.
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed through Square or PayPal. I do not see or store your full credit card or bank account details; these are handled entirely by the secure payment processor.
  • Visual Media: With your express consent (via a signed Media Release), I may collect photographs or videos of my balloon creations and performances which may include your likeness or the likeness of your guests.
  • Digital Data: I use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to collect anonymous data about how visitors interact with my website via cookies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To manage your booking, communicate about your event, and provide entertainment services.
  • To personalize my performance for the VIP(s).
  • To process payments and maintain business tax records.
  • To improve my website and marketing efforts via analytics.
  • For portfolio and promotional use (only where a Media Release has been signed).

4. Children’s Privacy

As a family entertainer, the privacy of minors is my top priority.

  • Collection of Data: I only collect the names and ages of minors when provided directly by a parent or guardian during the booking process, and names only when provided for a Media Release or for the purpose of personalizing a show.
  • Performance Interactions: During a show, I may ask for a child’s first name to engage them as a volunteer. This is for performance purposes only and is not recorded in any permanent database unless it is provided by a parent or legal guardian through the booking process or a signed Media Release.
  • Media Consent: I do not publish photos or videos featuring minors unless a parent or legal guardian has provided consent via a Media Release.

5. Data Storage and Security

I take reasonable steps to ensure your data is stored securely:

  • CRM Data: Client contact and booking details are stored within the password-protected Party Pro Manager portal.
  • Media Storage: Photos and videos are stored in professional, secure cloud environments.
  • Third Parties: I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data is shared with third-party processors (like Square or PayPal) only as necessary to complete your transaction.
  • Data Retention: Client and booking information, including VIP details and executed Media Release records provided by the parent or legal guardian, is retained as part of my business records for legitimate operational, accounting, and reference purposes. I do not maintain a fixed deletion schedule, but information may be removed upon request where reasonably possible.

While no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, I take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your information.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and my data practices are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. By using my services, you agree that any disputes arising from this policy will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Bartow County, Georgia (or the applicable federal court for the Northern District of Georgia).
